The new CLOVER FELTING NEEDLE TOOL, designed with a locking spring-loaded protective sleeve to protect you and others from the sharp felting needles.
This tool comes with four needles and can hold a maximum of four needles. Use for a speedier felting process (4 needles work faster than 1). Can be used for flat, sculptural, or appliques.
Clover also makes the "FELTING NEEDLE MAT" in two sizes to use to support your needle felting project.
The Clover Felting Needle Mat is a brush-like mat that enables smooth punching with little resistance, and allows the fibers of the piece being felted (or the applique) to mesh well with the base fabric. The mat is deep enough so that the needles to not bottom-out and therefore breakage (when used properly) will be greatly reduced. Approximate size of mat surface is 2.5" x 3.5"
