This sock has a unique construction. You will first knit the cabled band and then pick up stitches along the bottom edge of band to start knitting sock in the round. The pattern on the leg is a slip stitch rib pattern that is a 5 stitch repeat. You will be working with 70 stitches. If you need to adjust the size of the sock, you can lengthen the cable band and then pick up the amount of stitches for leg that is divisible by 5.
