: 2-Clip Fringe TwisterNow you can make the perfect fringe on your pieces! The "hook" style is no longer available. We have designed the handle (about 6" long) for comfort and ease of use (unlike others on the market).Our fringer was originally called 'Fred's Fabulous Fringer' (and was only available with 2 hooks) and has been in production since the early 90's in the Pacific Northwest. In the mid 90's, Fred decided to retire from making these and we took over for him. Was Fred's the first? Who knows. . . I just don't know of anyone making one BEFORE him (Thanks Fred!). Since that time we have come out with the 2-clip, 3-clip and the 4-clip styles (the 3 and 4 clip versions we were making long before others started making theirs). We added the longer handle in the late 90's to make it easier to hold.
