The Delta, the flagship of Louet line of looms with treadles that hinge at the back for the best possible treadling action. Like the "Spring" loom, due to its exceptional qualities to the application of the parallel countermarch system and moving breast beam are carried forward as features of the Delta Loom. The working of these systems is explained with the description of the Spring Loom. The springy tie-up device on the treadles provides a progressive shed. This means the shed widens gradually towards the back harnesses, so that the warp threads above and below in the shed are on even levels. The treadles and footbar hang conveniently at the same level. When the treadles and footbar are too low there are wooden blocks (special order) for heightening these. The Texsolv tie-up cords, pre-cut in the right lengths, make changing your tie-ups quick and easy. The Delta is equipped with a treadle for the friction brake device on the warp beam and a convenient advancing handle on the cloth beam. Included is a profiled lath on the breast beam which protects the woven fabric. The hardwood loom is made of ash. Apart from its fine appearance, ash has always been valued for its outstanding qualities of strength and resilience. The Delta is available in 110 (44") and 130cm (52") weaving widths. The middle part of the loom with the parallel countermarch cords, harnesses and lams will be delivered already assembled with 8 or 12 harnesses.
Standard with the loom are:
Stainless steel reed 40/10 (10 dent)
Texsolv heddles (33cm), 1200 for Delta 110 and 1400 for Delta 130
lease sticks and tie-up sticks
16 warp sticks

This innovative dobby loom is a new member of the Louët family, and comes as a surprise to the complex weaver...Sorry, only the weaving is complex! The Megado is simple, easy to operate, and robust enough to handle all your projects. To create a shed, they invented a new system. The selected shafts and the back beam move in conjunction to create a countermarch shed.
The Megado is available in 28”, 44”, and 52” weaving widths. It can be purchased with either 16 shafts or 32 shafts. The lifting mechanism is incredibly light to operate, even when lifting most of the shafts.
The David's Unique design allows for incredibly light treadle action. The David is available pre-assembled, standard with 8 shafts and 10 treadles.FREE SHIPPING! U.S. lower 48 states only.

A new dobby weaving loom from Louët: 8 Shafts, 70 cm, 90 cm and 110 cm weaving width (28", 36” and 44”).
A dobby mechanism (programmable shaft selector) is an alternative for the tie-ups to the treadles on a standard hand weaving loom. Looms with 16 or more shafts need a dobby mechanism, because it becomes unmanageable to operate such a loom with treadles.
The successful introduction of the Megado dobby loom in 1998, and the reaction of weavers showed us that a dobby is not only necessary for a loom with many shafts, but it makes weaving so much more comfortable. Of course this also goes for looms with less than 16 shafts.
The Louet 24 shaft Magic Dobby Loom. Made of lacquered beech, this loom follows in the long tradition of high quality equipment designed by the clever engineers in Holland. The Magic loom is a combination of popular features from other Louet looms, many unique innovative ideas, and the well known dobby loom concept.
