The inkle loom is a loom every weaver should have. It's great for weaving belts and bands. This compact loom is also a favorite in school settings because it is easy to set up and quick to produce finished belts. The Schacht inkle loom is built with years of heavy use in mind. It is open on one side for quick and uncomplicated warping. Hardwood dowels are pressed deep into the hard maple frame. The loom will hold a variety of warp sizes up tp 4 1/2 inches wide and 8 1/2 feet long. This loom is fully assembled and finished and includes detailed instructions for warping and beginning to weave.
