This 50% bison/50% merino yarn is spun in Italy. The full name is "Myrna Stahman's Dream - Almost Cobweb". A full 1200 yard/100 gram cones, but 20 grams makes a great small scarf or the full cone is enough for one large shawl (check your pattern requirements). The short version of the name story is that Myrna wanted a Merino blend so we had Fernando Alvarez at Jacques Cartier do one with our bison fiber and a superfine merino. The advantage of a merino blend is a soft, airy and elastic yarn. Sometimes you just need the best the is!
