The S-51 model wheels from Louet offer exceptional value. Pictured is the double treadle version. Continuing with Louets' bobbin-lead tensioning system, the S-51 is available as a single or double treadle wheel. A clear lacquer finish is applied at the factory. Minor assembly is required. Ratios are 5.5:1, 7.5:1, and 10.5:1 and weight is 16 lb for the single treadle and 18 lb for the double treadle. The wheel comes with a total of 3 bobbins and has a built-in bobbin storage rack.
